The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It shows you where your business is most at risk and where to focus your attention first.
At the top of the dashboard is your overall HackRisk score. It is a single number out of 1000, built from the findings of each service you have active.
The score works like this:
Your score can go up or down as new findings appear and as you deal with existing ones. If you decide that an issue is a false positive, or not a real risk to you, you can acknowledge it. It stays visible in the portal but no longer counts towards your score.
Below your score, the Your Services tiles give a brief summary of what each active service found, along with the risk level it identified. Use them to see which service is driving your score.
The services are:
Select a tile to open that service and see the detail.
During your free trial, each service shows the five most serious issues it found. Subscribing shows you everything.
The Where you stand section shows how your risk is spread across your services. It guides you to the area where you are most exposed, so you know where to start.
If you are not sure what a finding means or what to do about it, Sophia can explain it. Ask about any finding and she will help you understand it and decide what to do next.
In the top right of the dashboard you can generate a HackRisk Report on request. It is a short summary covering every active service, useful for sharing with colleagues. During your free trial the report is partly hidden.
